Could some one tell how to obtain a copy of a marriage lic. for my ggGrandmother and Grandfather. Their names are Ellen M. Mathews and Charles Alexander BUFORD and they were married in Lexington, KY on October 29, 1861. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks, Fern Buford-Walker
