You may have gotten lots of responses from your request - but just in case, there is a great site for researching the SSDI: http://ssdi.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi You can search their data base. It's updated as of March 2001. They even provide you with a letter you can cut and paste to use to make it your own. It looks like a copy can cost you $7.00 if you know the SS#. FYI: We ordered one for a Kentucky ancestor and it had her parents name - which was great information! It took about a month to get it. Hope this helps.
