Hello, I am looking for information about the surname HUEBSCHMAN in the Louisville area including across the river in Indiana. Any information on the surname might eventually be helpful with my line. Augusta Wilhelmina (HUEBSCHMAN or HUEBACHMAN or similar) TRAUTH is shown on the 1900 and 1910 census as immigrating in 1860 and 1859 respectively. She married Samuel Konrad TRAUTH who taught school in Louisville in 1859, 1860, and 1867-1893. Census data also indicate their children to have been born in KY in 1861 and 1863; KY or OH 1865; and KY in 1867 and 1872. Thank you for your efforts. --Jack Trauth
