I am seeking any information on a John CARTER, mentioned in Volume 4, page 148, and Volume 5 page 357, in "Littell's Laws of Kentucky". This supposedly has to do with a Murder of a James Miller, committed by John CARTER....Any help would be greatly appreciated... Would like a faxed copy, or a synopsis of the information.
