The Kentuckiana area consists of the following counties: in Indiana: Clark, Crawford, Dubois, Floyd, Harrison, Jefferson, Perry, Scott, Washington; in Kentucky: Breckinridge, Bullitt, Hardin, Jefferson, Meade.     2. I am still researching my elusive gggggrandfather Renyolds (or Runnells) LITTLE, Hardin Co., KY 1820. He was married to Sarah PRATHER of Maryland. Supposedly he was from Germany, so name might have originally been KLEIN. They had two sons George LITTLE, born Marion Co., KY, and Archibald LITTLE born Hardin Co., KY.     3. I must be doing something wrong. I've tried to post to this list 3 times... guess I'll give another try. On the back of an old photo I recently found of Ggrampa RILEY it said he was born in 1836 and was from Louisville, KY. I would love to find out more about him... Who were his parents?? Where were they from?? Did he have siblings?? Just anything. I do know he married Mary Elizabeth WELCH... she was born in Indiana in 1846. She had at least one sister Liza (maybe Elizabeth) Again, I would like to be able to answer some of the same questions as those stated for Wm. RILEY (above). Thank you kindly for any information you might be able to send my way. Willis COWHERD (b. 1779 in VA) married Jane NALL/NALLE (b. 1786 in Culpeper Co, VA) in 1803 in KY. They had several children (James M., Harriett, William Harrison, Ezekiel H., Emma, Anne E., Lucy, Martha are all confirmed. Another, Nancy, b. 1828, is still to be confirmed.) Willis and Jane lived in Hardin Co., KY in 1824-1828 where at least one of their daughters was married. The unconfirmed daughter, Nancy (which may be a nickname for Emma or Anne) married Tunis VANDERVEER/VANDEVER EGGEN before 1852 and had at least three children (John Parker, b. 1852; Sarah Alice, b. 1859; and Laura A., b. 1862). ..Cheryl in TX..
