Looking for information or decendants of Charles GRAY b. abt. 1792 in Virginia or North Carolina married 1) unknown, 2) Elizabeth BOSTWICK on December 30, 1824, and 2) Rebecca FRANKLIN on July 28, 1841 in Spencer County, Kentucky. Charles and Rebecca GRAY left Spencer County, Kentucky and came to southern Indiana (Orange, Martin and Lawrence counties). Also living with them was Margaret FRANKLIN and Anna NATION. Could not find them after the 1860 Federal Census of Lawrence County, Indiana (Spice Valley Township). The children of Charles GRAY and his three wives were: Catherine Anna, Elijah, Thomas, Henry, Joseph, James, John, William. Any help???

They later moved from Kentucky to Howard, Schuyler and Boone Counties in about 1800 to 1810... Names are: Jefferson FULCHER ((b 10/23/1787--Amhurst VA) married to Rachel Ann Stephenson (b 9/23/1893--Harrison County, KY), Thier son: Richard W. Fulcher (b 7/29/1817--Howard County, MO) married to Catherine (Kitty) Anne Floyd (12/15/1823--Randolf, Clay MO). Kitty was the daughter of David Floyd (b 1/29/1796--Macon County Court house). David Floyd and Jefferson Fulcher were supposed to be some of the first white men into Missiouri. mlm

    2. I am new to the list and searching for the county of Boonville, IN. Harvey CAMPBELL was born there July 20, 1882. His parents were James Wm. CAMPBELL and Martha Jane YOUNG. My major search is to find more information on James Wm. and Martha Jane. According to Census Records from 1900 in Yell Co. AR they were born in IN about 1854/55. Both his parents were also born in IN. Her father was born in England and her mother in IN. Before the birth of the next child in 1884 they had moved to AR. Also think that she had brothers James, Joseph, and John STERRETT. No nothing of her mother. WORLEY: Charlotte Temple WORLEY was born 1825 either KY or IN. It is believed that her father was William WORLEY and her mother was either Roseanne LYKEN or Ruth _____. The story is that William WORLEY lived to be 100 years but I have no data of birth or death dates. STARK: James Henderson STARK was born 1812 in KY. He married Rachel Maria MAY in 1837 IN. Then moved to Napa CA where he died in 1882. His parents were William STARK and Leah SHORTRIDGE. I have no information re: Rachel M. MAY other than she was born ca 1815 TN. She died 1894 in Napa CA. SHORTRIDGE: Leah SHORTRIDGE was born ca 1783 KY, the daughter of Samuel SHORTRIDGE and Sarah/Sally SCHOLL. OWEN/OWENS/OWING/OWINGS: William M. OWEN was born 1786 in Charles co. MD. He married Ann MOORE in Mercer co. KY in 1813. They moved to Hancock co. IL where they both died. MOORE: Ann MOORE was born 1794 in Mercer co., KY. Have no information re: parents or siblings.
