    2. Virginia L. Aldridge
    3. Hello, If you had ancestors move to Warrick Co., IN you may find them buried in one of the cemeteries there, if they were not taken back to KY for burial. I have over 250 pictures from Maple Grove Cemetery and am adding more frequently. There are also a few pictures from some of the smaller cemeteries. Just click on the link below my name or copy and paste it to your browser. When you get to the Genealogy Resources page, click on Cemetery Photos link. I tried to keep the pages small enough to load in around one minute for 28.8 modems. I hope you find your ancestors grave in one of these cemeteries. If not check back often as I am adding new pages as fast as I have time. Virginia L. Aldridge Genealogy Resources http://www.genealogy-resources.net/

    3. The National Cemetery Administration has put a searchable database online covering burials in many of our National VA Cemeteries (read that as mainly veterans'burials but have found some spousal burials also). The site has been getting heavy use so it may be difficult to bring up the search. Have patience! It's worth it. http://www.cem.va.gov

    1. News on Daniel B. Wilderness Trail turns bad Sorry Ivan
    2. This is the note I rec'd. to day from the National President of The Boone Society Shared by Ivan D. Lancaster, Board of Directors of the Boone Society. ######################################################################## I am sorry to report that although the HRJ7 resolution to rename KY Hwy 25E the Daniel Boone Wilderness Trail did pass the state senate, they tacked some amendments onto the resolution. It then went to the house, but the house rejected it with the amendments. Now, the state legislature has adjourned and since they meet only every other year, it will now be two years before the resolution can be voted on again. Mr. Bentley just talked with Rep. Yonts office, and we are all very, very disappointed in the Kentucky political situation! I do not know what those amendments were, but I understand they included some other highways and bridges to be renamed. Rochelle

    1. [KENTUCKIANA-L] Phlyis McCollum/McCallum & Robert Moffatt/Moffett
    2. Still looking for information on this couple who married I believe in Indiana . Jim McCollum/McCallum married a woman name Mary, last name not known but her first husband was Orrie Moffatt/Moffet. This is a complicated story, Robert Moffatt/Moffett is really Jim McCollum/McCallum's son. However Robert spent much of his time being raised by Orrie Moffat that he took on his last name. Mary first married Orrie then divorced him and later married Jim McCollum/McCallum and had Robert. She then later divorced Jim and went back to Orrie. So that's why Robert was raised much by Orrie. The McCollum/McCallum that I have so far seem to be from Michigan and some moved to Indiana. Other surnames that were in Michigan were, Smith, Jones, Brown, Austin, Dibble that I have so far. But mainly interested in finding Robert Moffatt/Moffett or any information about his marriage in Indiana or divorce. Robert Moffatt/Moffett may still be alive and would like to find him. It has been said that he was last seen in Fordsville, Kentucky. Robert was once a deacon on some Baptist Church. God Bless Pam
