Yesterday came on at the South Sea House, the Sale of the Estates of the late Directors of the South Sea Company following, viz. A Freehold Message, or Tenement, in Gravesend, in the County of Kent, late the Estate of Jacob SAWBRIDGE , Esq., put up at 250 pounds, and there being no Bidders, was unsold.
