Hello Listers, Thank you all so much for your assistance. I am very aware of the Tipp family¹s deafness. It¹s the reason I¹m studying them. I¹m studying early modern sign language in Kent and the first complete enumeration, as I¹m sure you already know, is the 1851 census. I already have the Tipps¹ school records.
