Hmm, difficult one. The only thing I can suggest is to get one of the birth certificates of the children which would then give you her maiden name. Then see if you can track her on an marriage list. They may not have married in Plumstead. I have a few in my research who married elsewhere but returned to their area of birth for the rest of their lives.
