We are happy to make a search of the indexes on your behalf, but only for specific entries - we cannot undertake extensive research for family history I believe they are referring to the Registration District Register that is copied and sent on to the GRO rather than the Parish Registers which are searchable without restriction at archives and other repositories. The only exception to this is if the current register is not yet full and is still in the parish itself and then searching is up to the incumbent. Lozzie T
