I have also sent an enquiry to the Gravesend Branch of the Kent Library and Museum service in regard of an obituary. Many thanks to you for your guidance. In response to Brian's query, maybe, I will have to chase that up, Frank's sister, Mary Laura(Leura) Bowen, was a primary school teacher in the 1911 census in Ramsgate, so there is a chance.
