I agree with Sue that seems the most likely, Margaret; it looks like the forename and surname of the wife needs investigating. If I am not mistaken, 2 of the children were registered at birth as Fuller - Emily in 1868 (in Newmarket) and Octavius in 1870 (in Chesterton). A birth certificate might help to resolve what is going on.
