Hi All Does anybody have access to Parish Register information for Adisham (Holy Innocents church). I have the following members of the SAWKINS family, who all say in census returns that they were born in Adisham. I am trying to determine if they are all in fact brothers, and if so who their parents were. William - born abt 1795 John - born abt 1796 George - born abt 1800 Isaac -born abt 1809 Edward - born abt 1812 I have found one reference on the internet to John & Sarah as the parents of George. Hi Dave, The OPC for Kent has Nonington, 1788 John SAWKINS/Pleasant SMITH, only Sawkins marriage prior to 1800. A lot of other transcripts - http://www.kent-opc.org/Parishes/Nonington.html I couln't find the answer to your question, but found that John SAWKINS is on the IGI, and wondered if you had seen the entry?
