    3. Hi, I am looking for information about the families of Henry Parsons and Mary Roots who married in Sevenoaks on 10 April 1749 (FHL Film 1473691). I have found the following Parsons records in Sevenoaks. FHL Film 1473691 Hannah Parsons widow bur. 8 January 1747/48 Henry Parsons Md. Mary (bu. 15 May 1747) Md. (10 April 1749, Sevenoaks) Mary Roots (both of this parish) Hannah (bp. 10 Sept 1749) Henry (bp. 8 March 1750/51) William (bp. 18 Mar 1753) Thomas (bp. 29 February 1756) John Parsons (bur. Sevenoaks 27 January 1757) Film 1473693 Marriages. 1757, p. 14 No. 54 Nathaniel Stedman of this parish and Mary Parsons of this Parish were married in this church by Banns, Seventh day of November in year One Thousand seven hundred and fifty seven by me John Hughes [Curate]. They both signed it. In Presence of Isaac Pather??? and Richard Ekins IGI (Patron Submission) Henry Parsons md. Mary Brown 9 Nov 1732 Sevenoaks I have not found any Parsons records in Sevenoaks after 1757. I suspect the the Mary Parsons that Nathaniel Stedman married was the widow of Henry Parsons, but I have not found a burial record for Henry, unless the John Parsons record should have been Henry, but the microfilm was clear...) Does anyone know of any data on Henry or his family after 1757 in Sevenoaks or elsewhere? Does anyone have any information on his history or what family he might have had with his first wife? If true that Mary Parsons was a widow, does anyone have any genealogy of the Root(e)s family of Sevenoaks? Based on IGI submissions, they were a large family in Sevenoaks in 1700s. Lastly, I am interested in any details of Nathaniel Stedman. There was also a Nathaniel Stedman Jr. who had children baptized in Sevenoaks before moving to Rochester in 1780s. He may not have been a son of Nathaniel although most sources suggest this. John Lisle Nashua, NH
