Nicholas Only myself discovered "The Paddock" the other day, a nice terrace hidden away !! A good book that I don't have access to at the moment is Dover at War by Roy Humphreys, which is written as a diary of events through WW2, so I am sure that will have a record. When I find mine I will try post unless someone gets to it before me! Can some one help me locate the records showing how (bombing or shell fire) and when the house was destroyed. I know from experience that other towns had a Town Wardens who was responsible for writing up a brief report after each raid, and Dover must have had many, raids that is.
