New to the list, I'm trying to find the baptismal records of four sisters - Jane, Martha, Sophia and Phillis Godden. I may have found Phillis, born in HIGH HALSTOW in 1800. In the same register I found a George Godden with the same parents, Thomas and Elizabeth, but Phillis's sisters are not found in High Halstow. Jane may have been the eldest - her burial record (1850) gave her age as 59 or 60, so she was born circa 1790. If anyone in the course of research has come across any or all of these Godden sisters, I would be grateful to share information, and of course to pass on what I know of Jane, who was my g-g-g-grandmother.
