    3. Dear Anne, Thanks once again for your very prompt response. That entry certainly looks like a good fit in relation to occupation and timing of the birth of the first child in 1839. The eldest daughter Ellen was born in Whitstable and the Harris farm was also in Whitstable. The place of birth for Hannah has been given thoughout all the census entries as Whitstable (1814) so I am a little thrown as to why the marriage would be held in Stepney unless her parents had moved there at some point.
