Hi listers. I am seeking advice or help in locating a family which should be listed in the 1891 UK census. William Henry and Phoebe Austen and family and nephew, were in Ramsgate. probably Hereson Road. In 1901 Census William is at ! Eva Villas, Hereson Road. He should be listed in 1891 but I can't find him. Is there a reason. Thanks Brian Austen Hobart
