    3. Rod, Interestingly the IGI seems to cover burial at Wingham for that period but doesn't have either of the ones you are looking for. But it does have these which is too much of a coincidence I think, especially as Stodmarsh is only 2.6 miles from Wingham (according to Parloc). name: William Holness gender: Male burial date: 06 Oct 1850 burial place: Stodmarsh, Kent, England indexing project (batch) number: I00538-8 name: Dinah Holness gender: Female burial date: 28 Jul 1875 burial place: Stodmarsh, Kent, England indexing project (batch) number: I04778-3 Regards Peter Could someone please assist me I am trying to check to see if 2 people are buried at St Marys, William HOLNESS died 1850 and his wife Dinah HOLNESS who died Jul 1875 as always any assistance would be most appreciated Regards Rod

I am researching the surname Kendall and it's connection to Westmoreland The Kendall family came from the town of Kendall on the river Kent, Westmoreland county, England. The emigrants to this country were Francis and Deacon Thomas Kendall, who sailed from England under the alias of Myles, again taking the name of Kendall upon reaching this country. Their father, John Kendall, lived in Cambridge, England, in 1646, where he died in 1660. We hope to find connections between the American Kendall families and our English roots.
