I am still searching for my Kent ancestry and though many researchers are working on the Kent name, apparently no one is working on my particular line. Is there anyone out there who is?? I need help. Seeking parents of William H. Kent b 1828 in Deckertown, Wantage Sussex, NJ mar Catherine Westfall. Is William's father Abner Kent son of John and Rhoda Meeker Kent? Is John's father Simon Kent and Marietje Spier? I believe Simon Kent, John Kent and Abner Kent were born in Essex Co. NJ. but have no proof. Help if you can. Thanks Nancy Kent Thoben
