Does anyone have proof (or at least, more evidence) of which Sarah KENT married 1) Samuel GREENLEAF and 2) Peter TOPPAN. Someone sent me a descendancy for John and Emma (SHORT?) KENT which called her daughter of that couple. The Newbury Vital Records did not list the mother for early births. They called that John, born 1645, John jr. and his daughter Sara was born 01 Aug 1666. There is another John, born 1641, who married Mary HOBBS. They had a daughter Sara born 30 Aug 1667. Savage says that both Saras were daughters of John and Mary HOBBS. Torrey lists the Sarah who married Samuel GREENLEAF and Peter TOPPAN as being born in 1667.
