Hi I'm tracing the ancestors and decendents of Absolam KENT...son of Richard KENT of England... Absolam was born 15 Feb 1702 in England and died about 1765 in Old Town, Allegany Co., MD. He was married to Ann Nancy ? b in England 26 Oct 1727 and also died about 1765 @ Old Town, Allegany Co.....My line comes down out of his son Absolam b. 16 Oct 1752 in Fairfax Co. VA and died 12 Aug 1839 @ Cadiz, Harrison Co, OH and was married to a Tabitha HUNTER of which NOTHING is known... from there we come down to Joseph Elias KENT b. abt. 1770 in PA and d. Oct 1829 @ Green Twp, Harrison Co, OH he was married to Nancy Ann PERKINS of which NOTHING is known.....their daugher Rebecca KENT b. 29 May 1802 in either OH or PA and d. Aug 1869 @ Highland, Fillmore Co, MN ... she married my 4th Ggrandfather Henry ROSE on 12 Oct 1820 @ Harrison Co.
