Randy, You're in luck. My husband is also a son of Harvel Buford Kemp and his first wife, Lottie Lee (Laura)Bishop. I will e-mail you what I have from my Juno account as soon as possible. We knew about you (in a general way.) And, yes, Harvel Kemp has been dead since the early sixties. You may be interested to know that you have some additional half-siblings who were born in Savannah in the 1930's. They may have ended up in an orphanage.
