As I sit in front of the computer with a heat index of 110+ outside, all I can think of is the description of Capt. Jack's ... "room overlooking the ocean" ... can almost feel those ocean breezes. I'm certainly looking forward to meeting many of you who reside in that part of the country, though I feel like I know most of you already [email protected]#$%^,.^%$ (that was daughter's cat landing on my keyboard ... catsitting this week) as I was saying ... also looking forward to seeing old friends from previous reunions. For those that haven't been to one of our reunions, what can I say ... they're great! You'll have the opportunity for research on site, as well as off site; you'll get to meet other Kemp researchers and may even find a new Kemp "cousin" (happened twice last year). All work and no play as the saying goes ... remember to stop by the hospitality suite anytime - it's a great place to exchange ideas, lines, have a soda, check to see who else is going to lunch or dinner somewhere (for me this is one of the best times). Speaking of food, for someone coming from Texas, I'll probably live on "real" seafood the whole time I'm there! Sorry to get carried away, really wanted to let you all know about the NEW REUNION PAGE and ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM that I've added. Also posted some more info on the inventor of the zipper.
