Hi: I don't know whether this will help, but there was a Francis Talbot Kemp in my famil y. She was my great, great grandmother and lived in Illinois. My grandfather, Willis B Kemp, died in 1950. . His brothers were named Lewtellis, walter(shade), (type), and (odd). His sister was named Dell. There were some Judds in there too, and they all lived in northern Illinois.
