I am researching my Kemp line and have hit the brick wall stage, and wondered if there was anyone out there who can help. Kemp bakery ovens were made by this family. Their factory was in the Mile End Road in London. John Kemp started the firm, and it is thought these Kemps came originally from Kings Lynn in Norfolk. His sons: Robert Kemp Edward Kemp George Kemp John Dewson Kemp b abt 1852 William Austin Kemp b abt 1851 m Eliza Amy Clark(e?) William & Eliza's children: Birdie Kemp (probably a nickname!)
