Here's my line, Sarah C. Kemp and Riddle D. Baker are my great-great-grandparents. If anyone has any ideas about this family, I'd love to correspond, most of the info comes from my work on the 1850 to 1880 census records, tax records of Weakley County, TN and a little bit from a county history that lists Francis Kemp as an early settler of Weakley County. I have no idea where in North Carolina they were from, I just have NC listed as place of birth on the 1860 census.
