I've been trying to get an answer since October, 1998. I received The Kemp Files summer issue in October including a paragraph under Important Milestones and Changes stating dues would begin being payable April 1st to April 1st (which I had always done). Enclosed with that newsletter was a separate sheet to complete and send renewal saying "we are now having all our member dues expire on July 1st". Help! I wrote immediately, 10/8/98, trying to get clarification since I'd renewed 4/1/98. Still trying to get an answer, so I guess they've removed me. If anyone gets an answer, I'd be inter- ested.
