Christopher is aged 31 and a Batchelor occupation Carrier living at Barker Hill, Father Jon Kemp and a Miller. Mary Palfreeman is aged 28 and a Widow also living at Barker Hill. Father Thomas Pratt and a Labrourer. Other information has come to light to suggest that Christopher was married before. It appears he married Elizabeth Lamplough nee Hodgson she was a Widower on the 08 May 1849 in Langtoft Yorkshire. I am wondering if this man was a bigamist. Elizabeth was previously married to a George Lamplough. Can anyone help me solve the mystery of this? of point me in the right direction.
