Traci - not related to any of these Kemps that I know of - I started doing this more general Kemp research in an effort to find my line prior to 1770 - I'm actually looking for an Alexander Kemp who died in Canonmills, Edinburgh in August 1809 aged 45 yrs so his yob should be c1764 but I don't know where though think it will be in Aberdeen. He was a gentleman's servant through the 1790s & then became a publican in the early 1800s. If you can scan the birth entry you have for William 1834 & attach it I would appreciate it - I accept all 'donations' in this quest to put this Scottish Kemp tree together - not sure how you would do that - maybe easier to just type a transcription of what it says.
