In this case of December 11, 1826, Isaac Kemp had a petition in Congress along with Samuel J. Runnells, David Runnells, James M. Bradford, John Kinchem, William Kinchem and William Clarkson all of Louisiana. I couldn't find out what happen to the petitions but it don't go through I looked at each name but found nothing.
