    3. It's odd to see one's name from Canada responding to a person in Scotland. Our roots go back to England. Good luck! 3. The compilation is still in its infancy but I do have a lot of Kemps already listed for Penicuik. The Kemps in general were pretty mobile as they worked as ag labs to a large extent so linking the different families is proving to be a battle. The other issue that makes things difficult is that the same names are used in the main & so separating out the correct person can be impossible. There are some forenames, however, that are much rarer in the records e.g. Colin. I am happy to do some limited lookups but in return I would appreciate any well-sourced information that other researchers have found which may mean I can make some links. When I feel it is worthwhile I will then put it on the web for the use of others - if I live that long!!!! 3. Would you like a copy of my Family Tree Maker file. Is do what format works best for you. A unique aspect of our lineage is that we have identical triple grandsons; Benjamin, Calvin, & Jackson Kemp; 8 yrs and living here in Winnipeg. These were by natural means and so it is very rare.
