My brother is her biological father. Her mother's name is Tina Kemp. I do not have much information about Rhiannon. I know that she was last known to be living with Tina's Grandmother or aunt in Aberdeen,Washington. I do know that Tina's mother was last known to be living near Quinlan,Texas. Rhiannon was born between 1993-1995;she would be about 11-13 yrs old. I have not seen her since she was an infant. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who might be of help...
