Apparently Joseph Vernon KEMP did not marry Julia JOHNSON, but had an illegitimate child, Raymond Christopher KEMP at the turn of the century of so. Raymond married my Aunt, Helen "Ellen" Rita SOMMERS. They settled down eventually in Barrington, New Jersey, which is in Camden County. In his old age, Joseph had the guts to show up on the doorstep, and Ellen took him in, until his death. I do not know if Joseph was from NJ, PA, DE, MD, or somewhere else. I *do know* that Raymond worked in Philadelphia at Farson or North Farson Street. I *suspect* that the family lived there at that time. This is a tough nut for me, but I will eventually find out about them. But I would sure like your help! Can anyone here help me find the correct KEMP line? Thanks, Vince Summers
