Michelle, I'll see what I can dig up. I have a story about a Calvary unit from Saint Helena Parish that's interesting. Captain Jonathan Kemp's Partisan Rangers. They were heroes. They started out as volunteers and ended up being incorporated into the Confederate Army after becoming really popular. I think Captain Kemp paid for most of the uniforms and equipment just like his Grandfather (Jonathan Kemp) had in the American/British War. I'm sending you the story attached to this email. _http://users.cnnw.net/rebcav/history/3lacavhis.htm_ (http://users.cnnw.net/rebcav/history/3lacavhis.htm) (this is where the complete story starts. REALLY interesting. These old Saint Helena fellas rescued Baton Rouge from the Union Army. _http://users.cnnw.net/rebcav/history/3rdlacav.html_ (http://users.cnnw.net/rebcav/history/3rdlacav.html) Peter **************************************Check out AOL's list of 2007's hottest products.
