He lived in WV from birth till 1910. His brothers and sisters approx. 3-6 all died at birth, he was raised by an Aunt. Howard's mother and father names are unknown. Howard was in WWI, after the war and in his later years he moved to Norristown, Pa, where he died in 1978, He married an Irene Loughery, had 3 children in the 1920's, Mary, Regina, and James.
