My ancestor was WILLIAM MILFORD KEMP (born in 1834 in Devon, England) son of WILLIAM KEMP and ANN MILFORD TUCKER. He had a sister, Ellen that I know of. William Jr married GRACE HORTOP in Devon and they moved to Canada in 1860. In our family bible there is a picture of "Mr Moon" which probably dates from the late 1800's. No one in our family has any idea of who Mr Moon could be. Lynda
