NC. Richard was in Smith Co., TN, 1850 census with his daughter Susan Perry and some of her children but not her husband. Richard Kemp was noted in the deed records of Smith Co. earlier and perhaps Wilson Co.TN. I need other children of Richard and Sarah. Also, I need parents of both Richard and Sarah.
