Don't know which Frances Marion Kemp you are referring to, but my Grandfather, George Foster Kemp had a brother names Frances Marion Kemp b. May 23, 1869, d. May 20, 1946. He is buried in the Pottsville Cemetery near Hamilton, Texas. He is the son of William Maxwell Kemp & Elizabeth Ann Moore Kemp. Beth Covey
