My wife and I just returned from Forsyth, Cobb and surrounding Georgia areas taking photos of headstones of the Kemp's. I took one of my Great Great Great grandfather Aaron Kemp and his wife Sarah. Aaron was the son of Moses Kemp 1749, Wake County, NC. I have not connected my Kemps to the Kemps in Smith and Carroll County, TN. yet. One of the descendants of my Andrew Jackson Kemp ended up in the St Louis, Missouri area from Georgia. I am going to type a list of the cemeteries and the photos we took of each headstone.
