Ollie: I am evidently a cousin of yours as I am also looking for the parents of Frances Diane Kemp who married Henry Goodloe, and their daughter Frances Diane Goodloe married George Carter. Their daughter Phebe married Abner Chapman. Goodloe Carter was her brother. Her other brother Joseph passed away before 1809 when Phebe married Abner in Caroline Co., NC.
