OH. Burried in Noble Co. OH. If this person fits into your family or you know more about her, I would love to hear from you. Children are: Phillip Brand, Peter Brand, Johnson Brand, Rebecca Brand, William Brand, and Eliza Brand.

Kemp-folk, I am trying to find the parents and ancestors of Jemima Kemp. Jemima Kemp was b. 7 May 1785 in New Jersey, d. 7 Nov 1868, Kent Co., Michigan (per tombstone and census). She married James W. McKinney. They lived in Ontario, Canada, and New York State for a while. John Hartley Temple is searching for his mother, Barbara Kemp b. abt 1947 in Sunflower Co., MS. She married Keith Temple. Her son John, born Sept 20, 1970, has not seen his mother since he was 5, and would like to find her. The family was living in Washington, GA, in 1975. Evidently, Barbara took a bus to Augusta, GA, to visit relatives and never returned.

Hi, Details of my KEMP family are as follows; THOMAS KEMP of Washway married to Ann ? Child - THOMAS KEMP DOB 25/10/1829 at Long Sutton, Sutton St Mary married MARY ANN LUDLOW Children - Mary Jane 1851, Jonathon 1853, John William 1855, Thomas 1858, George Edward 1863 (my great great grandfather), Charles Henry 1866, Bessie 1867 and Fanny 1868. Mary Jane married George Markham and had 5 kids John William married Sarah Ann Naylor and had 7 kids Thomas married Elizabeth Ann ? and had 1 kid George Edward married Mary Elizabeth Hunter and had 3 kids and emigrated to Melbourne Australia in 1913. Charles Henry married Annie Amelia York and had 7 kids. I have an absolute shed load of dates and information but won't go any further at the moment. Apparently Joseph Vernon KEMP did not marry Julia JOHNSON, but had an illegitimate child, Raymond Christopher KEMP at the turn of the century of so. Raymond married my Aunt, Helen "Ellen" Rita SOMMERS. They settled down eventually in Barrington, New Jersey, which is in Camden County. In his old age, Joseph had the guts to show up on the doorstep, and Ellen took him in, until his death. I do not know if Joseph was from NJ, PA, DE, MD, or somewhere else. I *do know* that Raymond worked in Philadelphia at Farson or North Farson Street. I *suspect* that the family lived there at that time. This is a tough nut for me, but I will eventually find out about them. But I would sure like your help! Can anyone here help me find the correct KEMP line? Thanks, Vince Summers
