Kathy; I spent 4 days with my grandmother, and taped all the sessions and conversations. We have, over the course of several years, gone through boxes of ancient photographs and identified most of what she had. I just haven't transcribed the tapes to written text yet. Grandmother recently fell and broke her hip, and is in rehabilitation at the present time. In the last few years she has had both knees replaced, now total hip. She is not in the best of condition at the moment, but I am continuing to move forward as time allows. She has 2 books on "Kemmerer," I guess I need to pull them out and get serious about this project! <smile> Your rootsweb mail project is certainly motivation to do so! Anyway, grandmother has given me everything from her wedding book, to high school diaries that include how/when she first met grandfather Charles R. Kemmerer.
