Since this is not an attachment, does it create any problem? Nels

Since there seems to be some interest, am sending this attachment to the List. Please bear in mind, for the serious genealogist, this is reference material only as I do no have any of the references that the original author may have had. Copies of the reference section could most likely be obtained through the Lehigh Valley Historical Society. The file is in ASCII. For Ann in OK, I do not use any colors in mymail. I simply clicked on the attachment, it came up in ASCII text, and I have printed it off in six pages. Perhaps you got an indication that your message was rejected, but it came through to me perfectly in Arizona. Good job. Thanks. Nels

If anyone has any problems, please let me know. I am new to this, but I have support people thru rootsweb who can help me if needed. Kathy
Please send subject materia; to my email address: HarryD3536@aol.com. Also to copy above. Thanks!
Please remember everyone....... No attachments are to be sent thru any rootsweb lists. Please send them directly to the individual privately. This for the protection of all subscribers as well as the list. You are also not to "cc" to any rootsweb lists. This is to cut-down on "spammers". Thank you for understanding, Kathy listowner
There is a connection between the Ferrel line and the Dye line through John Philip Kaemmerer - Revolutionary War Soldier - now buried in Lancaster OH. I would like to hear from anyone researching the Ferrel line - perhaps someone on this list? The link is tenuous but here it is: Both women are now deceased: Leda Ferrel and Geogiana Dye each paid 1/2 the cost of having a Revolutionary War Soldier marker placed at his grave. The marker is still there. Jayne W. Dye jdye+AEA-computech-online.net. Lancaster, OH
Gerald Key: Yes please email the 4 pages from the book 'The Swiss Family Worman' dealing with Kemmerers. Jayne W. Dye jdye+AEA-computech-online.net Lancaster, OH
Gerald, Would you please e-mail me the info as I am looking for the parents of Magdalena Kammerer. She married Paul Bingeman at Oley Reformed Church Berks Co., PA on 13 Feb 1787. My guess as to her birth year and death year are 1767 - 1829. She lived in Cocalico Twp. Lancaster Co. from 1789 until her death. The sponsors of her daughter Catharina were Johannes Wurst & Catharina Kramer in Christianin, Oley (Salem) Reformed Church Berks Co., Pennsylvania. Ann in Oklahoma
Hi My Kemmerer connections are via Adam REINHARD m. Catherine KEMMERER (1771 - 1832). Virtually ALL the info I have comes from a document: SWISS FAMILY WORMAN by Dorthey Elsie WORMAN of Bethlehem, PA dated 1985 The principal players in this document are: Frederick KEMMERER 1710 - 1778 Henry KEMMERER 1740 - 1801 Catharine KEMMERER 1771 - 1832 There is much more than this on their families. I only have excerpts of the book which I obtained a number of years ago through the Lehigh Valley Historical Society. Have scanned in the four pages of the book dealing exclusively with KEMMERER and would be gald to e-mail to anyone interested. Gerald Key gikey@cyberstation.net Gerald Key gikey@cyberstation.net

Hello Everyone, Thanks, Kathy, for getting things rolling. My Kammerer line was located in Somerset Co., PA. It begins with my gg-grandparents: Cyrus HUTZELL (b. 18 SEPT 1847 & d. 10 APR 1914 in Fairhope, PA ) Married Louisa KAMMERER (b. 4 NOV 1845 & d. 27 MAR 1923 in Fairhope, PA). Louisa KAMMERER was the daughter of George Adam KAMMERER (b. 1816 & d. 24 APR 1889 in Fairhope, PA) & Sarah FLICKINGER (b. 1807 & d. 25 OCT 1887). George A. Kammerer (1816-1889) imigrated to America from Germany in 1840. Louisa's mother was: Sarah FLICKINGER (b. 1807 & d. 25 OCT. 1887) was the daughter of Dr. George F. FLICKINGER (b. 1785 & d. 5 FEB 1856) & Esther ARNOLD ( b. 1776 & d. 1861). Sarah's paternal grandparents were Jacob Derr FLICKINGER (b. 1758 & d. 1820) & Susan WITT (b. 1763 & d. 1840). Jacob Derr FLICKINGER was the son of Peter FLICKINGER ( who immigrated from Germany) & Molly Derr. Maternal grandparents of Sarah FLICKINGER & parents of Esther Arnold were Samuel ARNOLD Sr. (d. 1805 in Southampton Twp., Somerset Co., PA) & his wife Elizabeth. Tradition says the ARNOLDS were English & from Rhode Island. (Many of those mentioned above in #6 are interred at the Kammerer Cemetery in Fairhope.)
