Am trying to help my mother-in-law find her sister. My mother-in-laws name is Betty Griffiths Her sister Peggy, would have known her as Betty Ruth Sutton or Betty Ruth Talley (named aquired when adopted. Peggy was also adopted, her mother was Ruth Sutton, she was born (it is believed) in Richmond, VA. She was adopted in the Kelly family by a man who was in the military. Peggy would now be approximately in her late 50's early 60's. My mother-in-law would love to meet her sister. Any and all help would be most appreciated.
