Looks like we may have some new people on the list, so I am resubmitting my Kelly brick wall: On the 1880 Census, the following family was living in Yonkers, NY: Thomas H. Kelly, age 34, occupation, Bartender Maria (wife) age 32 George age 11 Kittie age 9 Frank age 7 Alice age 6 Charles age 3 The then 3-year-old Charles was Charles Augustus Kelly, who, in his adult life, married Mae V. Brennen, daughter of Thomas J Brennen and Bridget (Greeley) of Hastings-On-Hudson, NY. Charles joined the Yonkers Fire Department and rose to the rank of Captain, retiring in 1941, after 37 years of service. He was known in Yonkers as "Cap Kelly". He died 5 Dec 1965 in Yonkers. I need any and all information about this family...siblings, parents, ancestors, etc. In the Census, it indicated that Thomas was born in NY (abt. 1846) and his parents were born in Ireland.
