This will be the third time I've tried to post this message to the list, and my first posting of anything....hopefully, I'm doing it correctly this time and it will get through. I'm looking for information on Dorcas Kelly b/abt 1745, d/abt 1790. She was the first wife of Henry Hines, Sr. They married in Campbell County, Va. on Feb 3, 1774, and had 9 children before she died and he re-married to Elizabeth Harvey. I have quite a lot of information on the Hines side of the family, but nothing on Dorcas Kelly's family. I understand that Campbell County was formed in 1781, from Bedford County, Va., so her family records might possibly be there...if I just knew which Kelly family was hers. I would appreciate any information or insight into HER family (parents, siblings, etc.) and will share any information I have. Can anyone out there help me find out something, anything about her?
