He is descended from the OKellys of Gallagh Galway and on his descent chart the name is spelled OKelley, OKelly, Kelley, Kelly, Killey. In Elizabethan times the name was spelled sometimes Kellie. In Ireland, many people are changing the ways their names are spelled to the old way and in this case many Kellys are listed in the phone book as OCeallaigh. Mike
