I am looking for a Rufus or Rufus Emmett KELLY/KELLEY. He married Tipie BARR, 4 September 1912. Had 2 children, Vador and Belvin Dean. They were married in Giles County Tennessee and lived, I believe in Pulaski until he died about 1916 and the mother was destitute. She adopted the boy, Dean to Walter Cleveland SHELTON and his wife Lizzie (Callahan) SHELTON. I would like to know where he came from, who were his parents, where was he born? All those pesky questions that those delving into the past come up with. Any and all ideas, information or wild guesses are gratefully received!
